On Saturday 15th June NDCYS will be joining people from around the diocese on a pilgrimage to the National Shrine of Our Lady at Walsingham as we seek Our Lady’s intercession for an increase in vocations to the priesthood and religious life. An opportunity for young people to engage in youth sessions; transport might be possible with others travelling from your area. Contact michelle.thomas@ndcys.com
In the Papal Year of Prayer NDCYS will be leading a session at the Diocesan Family Fun Day on Saturday 22nd June to equip young people with the tools and resources to pray and form a deeper relationship with God.
The NDCYS will be joining the Diocesan Lourdes Pilgrimage (13th-20th July), bringing young people who wouldn’t be able to go otherwise. If there are young people in your parish in Year 10 upwards who may benefit from this opportunity please contact bookings@ndcys.com
Flame is the largest Catholic youth event in England and Wales, and the NDCYS is co-ordinating a group to attend next year, along with 8,000 young people who will fill the OVO Wembley Arena on Saturday 15th March for a day of prayer, adoration, catechesis, reflection, celebration and praise.
