The Children’s Liturgy Group
The liturgy group gives children an opportunity to learn about the gospel at their level. We have two groups:
- Preschool group (for 3-4 year olds). Parents should accompany their children in this session.
- School age group (for Foundation to Communion aged children). Parents should stay in mass as the children are accompanied by helpers.
Want to get involved in the group as a leader or helper?
- Leader – you can lead sessions with preschool and/or school-age children on a rota basis (typically once every two months). We have lots of resources to help you and can offer mentoring to get you started.
- Helper – you would help the leader to set up before and support the leader during the session. Full instructions are provided.
